One Stop adds new forecasting software

One Stop has extended its partnership with retail software firm Relex Solutions to add new forecasting capabilities throughout its business.

Relex, who has partnered with One Stop since 2010, claims that using its machine learning technology across both supply chain and space management will help the symbol group improve its ability to adapt quickly to changing shopping habits or demand caused by seasonal trends, weather forecasts, or pricing and promotion decisions.

One Stop’s head of supply chain, Richard Turton, said: “During a time which has seen increased demand and unstable trading patterns, the Relex solution has been vital in maintaining a successful operation across all aspects of the supply chain.

“Relex’s machine learning and AI [artificial intelligence] capabilities will provide an additional layer of accuracy and predictability that takes our solution into the future of retail planning.”
