Back in 2012, I attended Forrester’s CX Europe event for the first time — at the time, as a Forrester client. This November, six years later, I’m delighted that I’ll be hosting the event. Personally and professionally, hosting CX Europe 2018 falls under the category of BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal). I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am and how much I look forward to welcoming you in London!
As a CX practitioner, I went to the forum looking for: 1) inspiration; 2) practical CX skills; 3) golden nuggets I could bring back to my organization to drive alignment and culture change; and 4) like-minded and passionate peers. I got that and more. In recent years, as interest in customer experience has grown, the CX Europe Forum has grown, too. And looking at this year’s lineup of speakers, I am confident it will be a great event!
I’ll be joined by over 500 CX leaders from retail, financial services, media, healthcare, and more. We will explore how leading-edge companies are reinventing their CX strategies to define and deliver superior CX and how to ensure that your CX investments are worthwhile. This year’s speakers will all focus on the common theme: how to use CX as the engine for growth.
For our London event on November 13–14 at the Royal Lancaster London, we’re going all out to make it a very special two days. We’re:

  • Featuring speakers from CX leaders and disruptors including Bang & Olufsen, Credit Suisse, Hostelworld Group, Lloyds Banking Group, Marks & Spencer, MoneySuperMarket, and Telegraph Media Group. And that’s just a sample.
  • Releasing Forrester’s Customer Experience Index (CX Index™) UK and France 2018.
  • Including 10-plus focused, interactive sessions on specific CX topics and challenges, such as how to use emotion to deliver your brand promise, how to design your customers’ privacy experience, the ethics of AI, data-driven CX, and how to use behavioral science to get an edge on your competitors.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be posting more insights from speakers at the event. I hope you find the posts interesting, but most of all, I hope to see you in London on November 13 and 14. If you haven’t already done so, you can register here.
