Brioche Pasquier brings foodservice range to in-store bakeries

Bakery brand Brioche Pasquier is launching a selection of its foodservice range into wholesale and retail outlets, including wholesalers and shops with in-store bakeries and bakery counters.

The range includes four products:

  • 12-pack Macarons in Chocolate, Lemon, Raspberry, Coffee, Pistachio, and Vanilla flavours.
  • Two packs of 16 Petit Fours, including eight Chocolate combinations and eight Fruits combinations.
  • Pack of two Tartelettes in either Lemon Meringue or Raspberry varieties.
  • Pack of four Tartelettes in either Apple, Lemon, Raspberry, and Chocolate varieties.

The thawed products can be displayed in their packs on the shelves, or re-packaged and offered as individual bakery items or as selection packs.

Matthew Grenter, foodservice sales manager at Brioche Pasquier, said: “With the growth of instore and independent bakeries we saw an opportunity for our quality pâtisserie to fill a gap in the market.

“Creating this precise and highly skilled style of pastry is time consuming specialist work, and many bakeries do not have the time, space or skillset to bake it from scratch.

“However, it is much in demand from consumers, so our range should please wholesale and retail customers.”
