The forecourt trades under the Gulf brand and has two islands with ten filling points, and jet wash facilities. The convenience store currently trades under an independent banner.

The site has been purchased by Suman Gopu, who plans to increase the product ranges offered at the site.

The business was previously owned by Faruk Divelli, who acquired it more than 20 years ago, and decided to sell to retire.

James Moore-Martin, director of retail at Christie & Co, said: “This forecourt transaction was agreed in the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and completed within an eight-week period with multiple parties offering.”

The Gulf Swan Service Station was sold off an asking price of £400,000.
