Swizzels will be supporting sales of Parma Violets with its latest consumer campaign. In the run-up to National Parma Violets Day, on 26 June, Swizzels is inviting the public to share their own recipes incorporating its sweets for a chance to appear in the first Parma Violets recipe book which will be released online in time for the special day.
Mark Walker, sales director at Swizzels, said: ‘‘Our Originals range is experiencing huge growth, up +57%, and PMPs are in +8% growth, so we are confident these new, value-for-money Love Hearts and Parma Violets bags will be hugely popular.’’
The £1 PMPs are now available for convenience stores and independent retailers.
