Lowe’s Sweetens Pro Loyalty Program With HomeAdvisor Subscription

Seeking to help the home service professionals who are Lowe’s for Pros Loyalty Program members capture more business, the retailer will provide them with a free one-year subscription to HomeAdvisor Pro, along with a $400 credit that will pay for approximately 10 leads.

“A consistent flow of quality leads remain very important for our Pro customers and we are here to make their lives a little easier,” said Fred Stokes, Lowe’s SVP of Pro Sales and Services in a statement. In addition to the free one-year subscription to HomeAdvisor and complimentary leads, members of Lowe’s Pro loyalty program receive personalized offers, webinars with notable entrepreneurs and experts, and other business management tools “to show how committed we are to helping keep Pros working during the pandemic and beyond,” he added.

Stay-at-home orders and COVID-19 stimulus checks have helped stimulate consumers’ desire to tackle more home projects. HomeAdvisor is free for consumers and a survey of 1,000 U.S homeowners fielded May 20-21 by ANGI Homeservices found that 92% of homeowners who typically hire home service pros plan to hire a pro this year. ANGI Homeservices is the parent company of both Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor.

“There has been a fundamental shift in the value and importance we place on our homes, and homeowners have a renewed interest in hiring pros for help with home projects,” said Craig Smith, President and COO of HomeAdvisor in a statement.
