James Hall & Co celebrates end of Quids In marketing campaign

Spar wholesaler for the north of England, James Hall & Co, has celebrated the end of its 12-week ‘Quids In’ text-to-win marketing campaign by awarding a £10,000 jackpot to retired teacher Susan Singleton from Yorkshire.

Singleton collected her winnings from her local Spar store, Spar Guiseley, which is owned by Leeds-based family business Valli Forecourt.

Peter Dodding, sales and marketing director at James Hall & Co, said: “Quids In saw almost 40,000 entries from across the north of England and customers were awarded a range of Spar vouchers to help with shopping bills and spread a little positivity during the current climate.

“The campaign helped to drive footfall to Spar stores and offered our network of independent Spar retailers an exciting and colourful marketing campaign, fully supported by a suite of in-store POS, social media assets, and paid-for digital activity.

“We are looking forward to launching another text-to-win campaign in the summer that will offer more prizes and in-store discounts for Spar customers to enjoy.”
