Halloween celebrations to look very different this year, research reveals

A study by opinions platform Piplsa, who polled 12,067 Britons nationwide, found 55% of respondents are not looking forward to Halloween this year.

In addition, 61% of respondents said they are not interested in attending Halloween events and parties.

The research found that 48% of parents in the UK will not let their children go trick-or-treating this Halloween.

Meanwhile, 43% of respondents said they will buy and eat fewer sweets this year for health and safety reasons.
