Home Depot reacquires HD Supply

Home Depot has agreed to an $8 billion deal to acquire HD Supply, an industrial distributor of maintenance and repair products. HD Supply, which was originally part of the Home Depot organization, was sold to a group of buyout firms in 2007 for $8.5 billion.
