The Perfume Shop has launched its revamped store at St Nicholas Shopping Centre in Sutton. The store features an array of enhancements aimed at elevating the customer experience, including a modern layout, digital screens, and personalised ribbon machines.
The store continues to offer The Perfume Shop’s signature expert fragrance consultations, complimentary gift wrapping, and a recycling service where customers can drop off used perfume bottles to receive a 15% discount on their next purchase.

All principal contractors working on the site are ISO14001 accredited, ensuring compliance with waste management and environmental impact guidelines. Wherever possible, existing materials and equipment are either retained or reused.
The store’s opening was managed by Amelie Couchy, who has been with The Perfume Shop for over 12 years. Amelie shared her enthusiasm, stating, “We were so excited to reveal another new and improved store refit for The Perfume Shop in Sutton. The store was busy throughout the day, which is perfect ahead of Black Friday.
