Court rejects Whole Foods’ workers ‘Black Lives Matter’ appeal

The First U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Whole Foods employees can not sue the grocery chain or Amazon.com after being sent home without pay for wearing face masks supporting the “Black Lives Matter” movement.
