Judge says Apple crossed legal lines to fight union activity

Laura Esposito, an administrative law judge at the National Labor Relations Board, ruled that an Apple store supervisor crossed a legal line when asking an employee about unionization efforts at the company’s World Trade Center location. Apple managers also illegally removed union literature in legally permitted non-working spaces.
