Atria Watford, a prominent retail and leisure hub in the UK, managed by Global Mutual and asset owned by SGS, with Savills overseeing property management, is set to introduce new stores to its portfolio. B&M is slated to open its inaugural store at the centre later this year, alongside Choice Discount, and a joint Peacocks and Bonmarché store, all anticipated to commence operations in the latter half of the year.

These new additions will be situated in the erstwhile John Lewis building, aligning with Dunelm’s first shopping centre outlet spanning 33,000 square feet and Poundland’s 14,500 square foot space. The upcoming B&M store will occupy approximately 21,000 square feet on the lower mall level, offering a wide range of top-brand groceries, health and beauty products, homeware, electricals, and more, aimed at providing quality at competitive prices.
