    I have used Shippo for a few years and like it except for the following. It has the worst customer support of any company I have ever used. They have NO telephone number so you have to fill out an email request and it takes a long time to get a response. I have an e-commerce store and ship lots. This morning, which happens to be cyber Monday, Shippo is not letting me sign in unless they send me a code. I have now been waiting for three hours and still not gotten a code, neither by text or email. I have asked three times for the code. I filled out their request form and still haven’t gotten a response to that either. I’m pretty much ready to dump Shippo and check out ship station. Other times when I contacted support and finally gotten a response, they were snotty and acted like it was my fault.
