Take-Two Interactive has agreed to acquire Zynga for more than $11 billion in a deal that will bring together the makers of Grand Theft Auto and Farmville. “This strategic combination brings together our best-in-class console and PC franchises, with a market-leading, diversified mobile publishing platform that has a rich history of innovation and creativity,” said Strauss Zelnick, Take-Two’s chairman and CEO.
