Bed Bath & Beyond posted a three percent gain in first-quarter same-store sales compared to the same period in 2019, driven by an 84 percent gain in digital revenues. The chain now expects same-store sales to grow in the low single digits through the end of the year. Its previous guidance forecast flat comps.
