Mall goes online to stay connected with luxury consumers

Bal Harbour Shops, a luxury shopping center in the Miami area, has launched an online marketplace that gives customers the option of ordering from stores located in the mall for either pickup or delivery. “It’s not just another place to buy Ferragamo, but the only place other than Bal Harbour Shops to shop the Salvatore Ferragamo Bal Harbour store,” said Matthew Whitman Lazenby, president and CEO of Whitman Family Development, which owns Bal Harbour Shops.
