Home Depot Holds Halfway to Halloween Sale: Skelly’s Back

April 26, 2024

Home Depot has dropped its second Halfway to Halloween sale, where some of its most popular Halloween decorations are available for the spooky season six months early.

Ushering in the charge is Skelly, the 12-foot skeleton, who continues to make a splash for those who love Halloween decor. He retails for $299.

This year, Skelly has a friend: his best friend and loyal pal, “Dawg,” a 5-foot Skeleton Dog with a posable mouth and changeable LCD eyes. He retails for $199.

Other products available include Jabberin Jack Giant, a 5-foot inflatable talking animated pumpkin with a built-in projector and speaker, which will set you back $99.99. Also for sale is a 7-foot animated Frankenstein’s Monster, which retails at Home Depot for $279. He says iconic lines from Universal’s 1931 “Frankenstein” film and has full lifelike arm and facial movements.

Spooky season continues with Scary Harry, a 64.5-inch motion-activated talking LED animatronic killer clown at $74.98, and a 12.5-foot Inferno Deadwood Skelly at $379.

“To meet extraordinarily high demand, we’re launching Skelly earlier than ever to ensure Halloween superfans have multiple chances to purchase the cultural phenomenon,” Home Depot spokesperson Georgia Lyman said in an email to USA Today.

“For our superfans, Halloween is a yearlong journey to find the absolute best décor for the month of October, which is why we’re hosting our Halfway to Halloween sale this spring, presenting fan-favorites and new innovations to add to collections and haunt homes nationwide,” Lyman continued.

Halloween fiends can anticipate more thrills and exclusive must-have pieces announced throughout the year, including a 7.5-foot animated plague doctor, a 9-foot headless horseman, a 6-foot card-playing skeleton called “Jack of Spades,” and more.

Products are available while supplies last. They are available online and in your local Home Depot store.
