Starbucks’ North American president, Rossann Williams, is leaving after declining to take another position within the company. She is being replaced by Sara Trilling, president of the coffee giant’s Asia Pacific business. Ms. Williams has been leading Starbucks’ response to unionizing efforts at it stores.
