Amazon sued by D.C. AG over drivers’ tips

The office of Washington, D.C. attorney general Karl Racine has filed a lawsuit against Amazon.com for withholding tips from delivery drivers. Mr. Racine said that Amazon “tricked consumers into thinking they were increasing drivers’ compensation when Amazon was actually diverting tips to reduce its own labor costs and increase profits.”
