Starbucks asks NLRB to delay union vote
November 9, 2021
Starbucks has asked the National Labor Relations Board to delay a union vote at three locations in the Buffalo, NY, area. The coffee chain has argued that the vote should not just be held at these stores but at all 20 locations it operates in the market. Starbucks believes the NLRB did not apply the correct labor law in its ruling to allow the election to go ahead at the three locations where the vote is scheduled.
