A record 4.5 million workers in the U.S. quit their jobs in March, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. “As employers require workers to return to offices, quits are ticking upwards. A major reason for quitting is to find a remote opportunity,” wrote Julia Pollak, chief economist at ZipRecruiter. The number of available jobs rose to 11.5 million in March.
