CVS and Target join list of retailers requiring masks in stores

CVS and Target are joining Best Buy, Costco, Kohl’s, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Starbucks and Walmart in refusing to allow shoppers to enter stores without a face covering. CVS’s new policy goes into effect next Monday while Target will put its plan in place on Aug. 1.
