Restaurants pledge to end use of ‘forever chemicals’

Restaurant Brands International has pledged to phase out its use of dangerous PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl) chemicals in food packaging. Chick-fil-A made a similar commitment to end its use of packaging that is made from chemicals that remain in the environment and people’s bodies for years.
