Carter’s to Shutter 200 Stores as Retailer Concentrates on Open-Air Shopping Centers

Children’s apparel retailer Carter’s plans to close at least 200 of its locations — about 25% of its store fleet — by taking advantage of expiring leases and kickout provisions.
