Amazon’s executive ranks are short on diversity

The percentage of non-whites has risen modestly among Amazon.com’s executive ranks while its blue-collar positions are largely filled by minorities, according to statistics posted by the company. Seventy-one percent of Amazon executives were white at the end of October 2020, down from 74 percent in 2019.
