THE JOURNEY YO REMARKABLE RETAIL

Steve helps organizations understand and respond to retail disruption by creating customer-centric, memorable and profitable growth strategies.

Regrets? I’ve Had A Few.

Are you trying to live a life with no regrets? Well good luck with that.

Not only is it non-sensical, it can be harmful.

Trying to live a life without regrets, is to play it way too safe. It’s to miss out on so many possibilities–the potential to love deeply, expand profoundly, and grow in totally unexpected ways.

When we lean into the possibilities of regret we must be vulnerable, we must accept that things might not turn out the way we hoped, we might not get the answer we so desperately crave.

I’ve had many regrets in my life. It’s a complex tapestry. I suspect it is for you as well.

Yet as Dan Pink reveals in his best-selling book, there is power in regret–if we understand it better and act on our knowledge. Dan was our guest this past week on a special episode of the Remarkable Retail podcast. I hope you’ll check it out.
