N Brown Group plc has announced the appointment of Natalie Rogers as their new Chief People Officer. Set to commence her role on February 1, 2024, Rogers will be joining the company’s Executive Board, reporting directly to N Brown’s Group CEO, Steve Johnson.

Natalie Rogers, with her rich background spanning over 25 years, is poised to lead N Brown Group’s People function. Her experience traverses various sectors including digital, technology, and financial services, where she has demonstrated expertise in organizational culture, employee relations, leadership development, rewards, and organisational design.

Her most recent accomplishments include her role as Chief People Officer at Moonpig.com and Unum UK, where she spearheaded strategic business and culture transformation programs. Rogers has also held significant strategic positions at Canada Life and LV= insurers.

In her new role at N Brown Group, Rogers will focus on embedding the Group’s agile operating model across the enterprise, a key aspect of the company’s ongoing agile transformation initiative.
