Hobby Lobby has announced that it will end the use of 40 percent off coupons at its stores or online beginning on Feb. 28. The arts and crafts retailer’s decision to end the use of the coupons is a reflection of an internal effort to discount the everyday price on items sold in its 900+ stores and online.
