Pottery Barn has introduced a new mobile app for iOS that allows users to get free real-time help from a Design Crew associate as well as make in-store, in-home or virtual appointments for design consultations. The app also lets customers use their iPhone cameras to preview how products will look in their homes and improves the process for setting up and tracking gift registries.

“As a digital-first brand, we’re thrilled to offer our customers an enhanced design and shopping experience on the new Pottery Barn app,” said Marta Benson, CEO of Pottery Barn Brands in a statement. “Now customers can explore and shop full rooms, easily share their favorite products, and connect with a design expert, all in the convenience of a mobile app.”

The new app joins the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen iOS apps; users of the existing Pottery Barn Wedding Registry App can update it with no interruption to previous registries.

Pottery Barn parent company Williams-Sonoma recently deployed a suite of solutions designed to provide a 360-degree view of its customers across its multiple brands, which also include West Elm, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation and GreenRow.
