Amazon will pay travel expenses for workers seeking abortions

Amazon.com has told staff that it will pay up to $4,000 in travel expenses for a variety of non-life threatening medical procedures, including abortions. The company in a message to employees said the benefit would apply if the medical procedure could not be done within 100 miles of their home.
