Ecommerce platform Master of Malt has relaunched its business-to-business division.

Masters of Malt Trade, relaunching under the ‘Great Drinks. Delivered’ mission, now has a dedicated microsite to offer improved user experience. Customers are able to access trade pricing across Master of Malt’s range of 10,000 spirits, mixers, beers and wines.

The revamp is also supported by investment in the in-house team, both in terms of recruitment, marketing, and training.

Master of Malt Trade has relaunched with five key promises: fast service, next-day delivery as standard for all UK mainland orders placed before 16:30, free delivery, no minimum order, and expert advice.

Liam Belton, Master of Malt Trade lead, said: “We know that our customers have faced an extremely difficult year, with the uncertainty only continuing into 2021. It was the right time to relaunch Master of Malt Trade, putting customer needs front and centre.”

He added: “Our hope is that through this offering, businesses of all kinds can feel supported by our expert team through this challenging time. We can’t predict the future, but we can work with our customers to help them with all aspects of stock sourcing.”

In addition, any business that opens a new account before 1 March will receive a free bottle of either Bathtub Gin, That Boutique-y Whisky Company World Whisky Blend, or Jaffa Cake Gin with their first order.
