The team are forward-thinking and constantly looking to develop their skills. Each individual has worked tirelessly within their departments to ensure customers have the best experiences possible and very often used their own initiative and creativity to increase shop sales and improve customer service.
One example of this is the store’s forecourt attendant, Robert, who through his passion and commitment has increased flower sales by £2,500 in quarter one, compared with last year. The store’s deli has also been one of its greatest successes, with the team achieving a whopping £10,000 in sales every week!
