The Proud of My Store initiative, founded by Customer Interaction Management specialists Critizr, will shine a spotlight on the people and teams who went the extra mile for their company, customers and communities during the pandemic. Proud Of My Store wants to hear stories from the big initiatives to the smallest act of kindness that made all the difference to vulnerable shoppers.

There is a monthly prize on offer, plus one entry will be crowned ‘Proudest Store 2021’ winning a luxury hamper for the whole team and £300 for the stores’ favourite charity.

Hazel Morton, UK head of marketing at Critizr, said: “What retail stores and frontline staff have achieved over the past 12 months is incredible – and at Critizr, we believe this should be celebrated. As we emerge from lockdown, Proud Of My Store will share some of these inspiring acts of teamwork, compassion and community spirit from store staff around the UK, which meant so much to customers during lockdown.”

Anyone working in retail can log on to write a few sentences about why they are proud of their team at www.proudofmystore.com.
