James Hall unveils £60,000 giveaway

James Hall & Co, Spar wholesaler for the north of England, has launched a £60,000 giveaway designed to help families in what traditionally can be a financially tough period.

Customers will have the chance to win £100 every day, redeem 1,000s of vouchers across the majority of products in north of England Spar stores, and benefit from a range of value-driven, in-store initiatives, including a £5 frozen meal deal, ‘Fresh 5’ produce offer on key fresh lines, and a variety of competitive multi-buy promotions on grocery and fresh lines and a range of ales, lagers and ciders.

The Quids In digital campaign will run between 4 January and 10 March, accompanied by in-store value-focused POS and social media advertising.

Peter Dodding, sales and marketing director at James Hall & Co, said: “Quids In is a value-driven initiative that will offer customers the chance to win a fantastic sum of money, 1,000s of vouchers to help with January shopping bills, and a bit of positivity to start off the New Year.

“With a real focus on pro-active value campaigns, in-store discounts and competitive promotions, Spar are committed to providing outstanding value on key lines and supporting customers throughout 2021.”

Customers can enter by texting Spar to 60062. All entries will be automatically entered into a grand prize draw with one shopper awarded £10,000 at the end of the campaign, in March 2021. Thousands more will be awarded digital vouchers, redeemable through their smartphone and valid for one week, or through an 8-digit code for those using older phones.
