New Forest Ice Cream adds Strawberry Shortcake to tubs range

The variant consists of a clotted cream ice-cream base with strawberries and shortcake pieces, retailing at £3.95.

The brand said the launch is a perfect match for Wimbledon and can be used in a range of recipes, including Eton mess and ice-cream sandwiches.
