Cadbury launches virtual “Worldwide Hide” Easter campaign

Cadbury is kicking off the second year of its “Show you care, hide it” Easter campaign with a virtual “egg hide”.

The Cadbury “Worldwide Hide” activation is launching today and allows consumers to hide a virtual Easter eggs “anywhere in the world for someone they love”.

The activation uses Google Maps Street View to find a personalised clue that has been hidden by someone they know.

The “hider” can either buy one of four Cadbury Easter Eggs from the brand’s range to send to their recipient or they can “simply hide a virtual Easter egg for free”.

The campaign will span TV, video-on-demand, out-of-home, PR, an in-store and online.
