Nisa deal helps shoppers fill their freezers

The meal deal comprises of a Goodfellas Thincrust Margherita pizza (452g), Birds Eye Chicken Popstars (150g), McCain Lightly Spiced potato wedges (224g) and 2 x Co-op garlic bread baguettes (310g), as well as 4 x Walls Magnum ice-creams, for just £5.

Customised point of sale material has been issued to Nisa partners to draw attention to the deal in store, and it is also being advertised across Nisa Retail’s consumer-facing social media channels.

David Lunn, wholesale category controller at Nisa, said: “New buying habits have come to the fore during the pandemic. Shoppers are visiting stores less often but buying more and stocking up with bigger packs to help feed the entire family whilst everybody is under one roof.

“As Nisa promotional periods are aligned with those of the Co-op, exciting new deals are becoming available to partners and we expect them to enjoy additional footfall over the coming weeks while the latest fantastic £5 freezer filler is available.”
