Emergency services tackle fire at Greenock Costcutter

Emergency services are attending a fire at a Costcutter store in Roxburgh Street, Greenock.

The services rushed to the scene just after 8.20 am this morning (30 November) as smoke was seen billowing from the front door.

Three fire engines and police are currently on the scene and people living above the store have been evacuated. The road has been closed off to traffic and surrounding shops currently are also shut, the Greenock Telegraph reports.
