The retailers switched to Evolution to take advantage of Nisa’s free two-lane system offer that was revealed at their virtual Expo back in October 2020.

John Hothi said: “Nisa has really listened to its retail partners with the development of the Evolution system in regard to what they’re really looking for from an EPOS system – the attention to detail is fantastic and the system as a whole has come a long way from their older versions.”

Evolution has now served more than 250 million customers and processed over £2bn worth of sales.

Jonathan Peaker, Nisa’s EPOS sales manager, added: “Reaching this milestone install after such a tough year has felt like a real achievement for myself and the rest of the EPOS team. A great deal of work has gone into developing the latest system that continues to deliver results for our partners and provides them with a complete business management tool.

“Nisa is committed to the continued investment and development of the system, and there are exciting prospects ahead that will support our retailers in helping to future-proof their business. We look forward to reaching the next milestone.”

The offer – which comprises tills, a back office PC and free installation – is still available free of charge to retailers looking to convert from other EPOS providers or upgrade or renew their existing Nisa EPOS system.
