Jisp shopping app partners with one-hour delivery service

Jisp, the convenience shopping app, is partnering with Zoom 1hr Delivery to provide retailers with a fleet of drivers to help get shopping to people’s homes.

Zoom 1hr Delivery has more than 300 drivers across the UK, mainly in the West Midlands and Wales but with plans to expand..

Jisp managing director Ilann Hepworth said: “Last-mile delivery has always been the missing link in our proposition, as many retailers either didn’t have enough staff, time or vehicles to truly benefit from providing Jisp’s home delivery service.

“With Zoom’s impressive fleet of cars and driver portfolio, we are looking to rapidly grow store numbers.”

Zoom 1hr Delivery serves more than 440 retailers and is set to bring in 300 Co-op stores by the end of September.

Kevin Williams, chief executive of Zoom 1hr Delivery, said: “We believe this new collaboration will be an unstoppable force in the delivery sector.”
