The store has been owned and operated by Graham and Johanna Brown for more than 21 years and was sold due to retirement.

Dhillon, an experienced retail operator based in Gloucestershire, recently sold a store in Cheltenham and has moved to Blagdon.

Jamie Williams, business agent in Christie & Co’s retail team, said: “There has been no let-up in the demand for convenience stores, post offices, off licences and newsagents so far in 2021. The market has rapidly transitioned into a sellers one, so if you are considering selling, now is the time.”
