- Lifestyle and wellness brand Modere appointed Guy Thier as its chief information officer, effective Oct. 30, according to a Monday press release.
- Thier brings forward more than 25 years of experience in IT and digital marketing, most recently serving as CIO and interim global chief marketing officer at Cutera.
- The executive also worked as the chief digital officer and chief operations officer at Arbonne International and Bally Total Fitness.

The direct-to-consumer brand sells a variety of wellness products including household cleaning goods, skin care, hair care and more.
Modere is a portfolio company under Z Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Z Capital Group. The lifestyle brand appointed Katherine Zanotti to its board of directors earlier this month, with Zanotti most recently serving as CEO of Arbonne International.
