Their marketplace and fulfillment services have enabled sellers from all over the world to easily reach paying customers. Back in the day, you can sell just about anything and make crazy money. Now, Amazon is a major competitor to everyone.

Even though it was right after 9/11 and the economy was dire, we opened the day after Thanksgiving in 2001, just in time for Christmas, and have been in Abilene, Kansas ever since. I run a marketing company and Sandy runs a fulfillment company. We’ve tried to do lots of direct marketing as well as PPC advertising.
